Answering right now

Every DM.
Handled.

Someone messages you at 11pm. They get a real answer in your voice, to the question they actually asked. And the moment a person is genuinely needed, it hands over to you.

Instagram · Facebook · WhatsApp. No card to set it up.

The problem

The message arrives. You’re asleep.

Somebody watched your reel, felt something, and typed a question. Right now they are the most interested they will ever be. By the time you answer tomorrow morning, that moment has passed — and usually, so have they.

You did the hard part already — you earned the attention. What you are losing is everything that happens in the gap between their message and your reply.

What you get

Attention you already earned, turned into conversations

Answered in seconds, at any hour

The person who messages at 11pm on a Sunday gets a real answer to the question they actually asked — not “thanks, we’ll get back to you”. Nights, weekends, the week you are on holiday.

It sounds like you, not like software

It reads your site and learns your answers, then writes fresh replies in your voice — in the language they wrote in. It never invents a price or a promise: if you haven’t told it, it cannot say it.

It moves things forward

Every reply ends somewhere useful — a question that keeps it going, a booking link, a place held. It moves the conversation on rather than closing it down.

Nothing sits unread

Story replies, comments, DMs across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp all land in one inbox. You see every conversation and can take over mid-sentence whenever you want to.

And when a question genuinely needs you — a refund, a complaint, something delicate — it stops and hands it over rather than guessing. You keep the relationships. It just makes sure nobody is left waiting.

How it works

Three steps, about ten minutes

You are not building a flowchart. You are telling it about your business once, and then reading what it said.

01

Tell it who you are

It reads your website, then asks the handful of questions a website never answers — what you actually charge, what you will not do, what people ask you over and over.

02

Connect your accounts

Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, through Meta's own approved connection. No passwords handed over, and you can disconnect it yourself from Meta at any time.

03

Read what it said

Every conversation lands in one inbox. Take over whenever you like — it steps back the second you start typing.

Built in Europe

European servers, European rules

Europe writes the strictest privacy rules in the world, and we are built to them rather than retrofitted for them. That is not a box we tick for customers here — it is the standard the whole product is held to, wherever you happen to be reading this.

Our servers are in the EU

Every conversation we hold, every piece of your knowledge and every account record lives on servers inside the European Union, across three data centres in two countries so that one failing does not take you offline. Everyone who touches your data is listed openly on our sub-processors page.

GDPR, from day one

You stay the controller of your customers’ data and we act as processor. The agreement that says so is in force the moment you sign up — nothing to request, nothing to sign. Delete a conversation and it is gone.

Ready for the EU AI Act

Since August 2026 anything talking to a customer must say it is AI. Ours does — once, at the start, in wording you write. Already handled, nothing for you to add.

Pricing

One number, no per-message surprises

Answering someone on Instagram or Facebook costs nothing per message, ever. WhatsApp has Meta's own per-message fee — that sits on your Meta account, at Meta's price, and we never mark it up.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Could this get my Instagram account restricted?

Not the way this works, and it is worth knowing why. Accounts get restricted for three things: messaging people who never contacted you, sending identical text at machine speed, and driving the app through a logged-in browser session. This does none of them. It can only reply to someone who wrote to you first, every reply is written fresh and throttled well inside Meta’s limits, and it connects through Meta’s own official API. You never give us a password.

Will people know it is an AI?

Yes, and that is the law in the EU since August 2026. It says so once, at the start, in wording you write. In practice almost nobody minds being told; what they mind is being left waiting.

What happens when it does not know something?

It says so and hands the conversation to you. It will never invent a price, a date or a policy. If you have not told it, it cannot say it.

Can it message my followers for me?

No. It only ever replies to someone who wrote to you first — on Instagram and Facebook it cannot open a conversation at all. That is Meta’s rule, and it is enforced in the code rather than left to a setting someone could switch off.

What about the 24-hour window?

Meta lets you reply freely for 24 hours after someone messages you. Inside it the agent answers; once it closes the conversation comes to you instead. It will never use the Human Agent tag to stretch that — that tag is reserved for real people, so we leave it alone.

Do I hand over my Instagram password?

Never. You connect through Meta’s own authorisation screen and can disconnect there at any time without speaking to us.

Where is my data held?

On our own servers inside the EU — every conversation, all of your knowledge and your account record. Your DMs themselves stay where they have always been, on Meta’s platform, under your own agreement with them.

Writing the reply sends the message to Anthropic, whose Claude model generates the text, under standard contractual clauses. Nothing is used to train a model. Every party that handles your data is named on the sub-processors page, with where they are, and you get 30 days’ notice before that list ever changes.

You are the controller, we are the processor, and there is an agreement that says so.

What does WhatsApp actually cost?

Replying inside the window is free until 1 October 2026. After that Meta charges per message, with the first 1,000 service messages each month free per number. It is billed to your own Meta account at Meta’s price — it never passes through us.

Nothing missed. Nothing risked.

Set it up in about ten minutes and watch what it says before you let it answer anyone.

No card needed to set it up.
