Connecting an account

You never hand over a password. Every connection goes through Meta's own authorisation screen, and you can revoke it from there at any time, independently of us.

How it works

You click connect, and Meta's own screen asks you to approve access — the same pattern as "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Facebook" on any other site
You approve only the accounts you choose to connect
Nothing is stored except the access Meta grants for those accounts
Disconnect at any time from Meta's own settings, with no need to contact us

What Meta expects on its side

Meta's own platform rules (not ours) generally require an Instagram account to be a professional account linked to a Facebook Page before its DMs can be managed through the official API, and a WhatsApp number to be registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform. If something is missing, the connect screen will say so rather than fail silently.
